60-minute virtual leadership session lead by Trailblazers or a guest speaker.

Applications are reviewed to ensure every member can both contribute to and receive value from the experience. You may indicate your preferred level in your application. Once your application is accepted, you can reserve your place by submitting payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is The Trailblazers Society for?
The Society is designed for ambitious, accomplished women who lead in business, organizations, families and communities. Members include business owners, executives and women in senior leadership roles. We look beyond titles and résumés to consider your current season, aspirations and willingness to contribute to the group.
What if I cannot attend every session live?
Members receive access to session recordings, downloadable tools and supporting resources in the private portal. Live participation creates the strongest experience, but missing an occasional session does not mean losing the value of the year.
What if I already have a strong network?
The Society is not intended to replace your existing network. It offers a facilitated environment for conversations, reflection and application that may not happen in professional associations, friendships or day-to-day leadership settings.
How do I know which level is right for me?
Choose The Society if you want a primarily virtual experience with monthly structure and community. Consider Society Select if you want quarterly in-person strategy sessions, a smaller peer circle, additional coaching and deeper accountability.
Why is there an application?
The value of The Society depends on the quality of the room. Applications help us create a group of women who can contribute meaningful perspective, participate openly and receive value from the experience.
When does enrollment close?
Applications for the 2027 membership year close Dec. 31, 2026, unless the program reaches capacity sooner. We do not admit new members after the membership year begins.
A note about your membership commitment
The Trailblazers Society is intentionally designed as a yearlong experience. Each month builds on the last through a rhythm of perspective, reflection and application, helping members turn insight into meaningful action over time. Members receive the greatest benefit when they participate consistently throughout the year.
Because Trailblazers is a small business and membership is limited, every registration matters. When a woman reserves her place, we plan the year, resources and member experience around that commitment. That spot is no longer available to someone else, as we do not admit new members once the membership year has begun.
For these reasons, membership payments are nonrefundable and members remain responsible for the full annual commitment, even if their participation changes during the year.
We encourage women to review the program details, schedule and membership expectations carefully before enrolling. Joining The Society is an investment in a full year of development, accountability and community. We want each woman to join with confidence and a clear understanding of the commitment she is making to herself and the group.
Payment Options
Members may choose to pay the annual membership investment in full or through 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments begin immediately upon enrollment and continue for 12 consecutive months.
Selecting the monthly payment option does not create a month-to-month membership. It is a payment plan for the full annual commitment. All payments are nonrefundable.
