There’s a unique kind of burnout that comes not from doing too much — but from doing everything except what matters most.
I know that feeling all too well.
Between leading a company, raising a family and showing up for others in both personal and professional spaces, there have been seasons where I’ve moved fast but felt like I was missing the deeper point. Not just “doing it all,” but doing what truly aligns with my values, my energy and my purpose.
Like many of you, I’ve often found myself holding all of it at once. Some days with clarity and confidence. Other days, feeling stretched thin, questioning decisions and wondering if I was still aligned with what truly matters.
That’s why I created the WildRock® Trailblazers™ Empowerment Exchange™.
This membership program started as a dream a couple of years ago, and, if I’m being real, a lifeline. It’s more than a leadership development program. It’s something I needed myself: a space to reset, reconnect, and rise with other like-minded women.
And today, I’m excited to share that we are bringing it back and enrollment is officially open for the 2026 membership program, beginning in January.

This next year, I’m coining the journey ahead as the 2026 Leadership Reset because what I’ve seen (in myself, and in so many of the powerhouse women in our network) is we’re all craving a jump-start!

We’re carrying a lot. And we’re still showing up. As a business coach for women entrepreneurs and executives, I believe it’s time to stop pushing through and start leading from a place that feels more grounded, aligned and purposeful.
What’s new in 2026?
We’re building on everything our 2025 members loved and expanding it:
- Each month, you’ll join a trusted and confidential group for an EXPANDED 90-minute session packed with real conversation, expert insights and tools you can apply immediately.
- As a business coach and mentor, I will be guiding our group through a purposeful arch of more in-depth, exclusively curated content each month. You can learn more here, including what you will gain and what you can expect. In typical Trailblazer style, and drastically expanding the offering!
- We are going to keep our group tight to establish deeper relationships, so we’ll limit guest speakers to approximately one per quarter, but in those guest sessions, we will allow more time for Q&A, tools and expert wisdom.
- NEW digital handouts so all my digitally savvy friends can fill out on the fly (but if you’re old school like me, don’t worry, you can still print them too). Shared monthly, these will include all new frameworks, plus a quarterly reflection check-in handout for a lookback at growth each quarter (because if you’re like me, remembering what you did yesterday is hard enough).
- NEW fully customized, private portal just for this group. We’ll host our handouts, recorded sessions for playback and chats!
