Every time I host an Empowerment Edge™ workshop, I leave with my heart full. This most recent gathering was no exception. Ambitious, resilient women showed up ready to be seen, heard and stretched in new ways.
We shared stories of leadership and life, moments of breakthrough and moments of vulnerability. What struck me most was how the walls came down, and women could share openly without judgment. When women are given space to be both powerful and human, incredible things happen, and Trailblazers™ creates the space for just that.
I watched lightbulbs go off as participants realized they weren’t alone in navigating burnout, decision fatigue or the quiet ache of “is this it?” Together, we unpacked tools to reset, reframe and reclaim our dreams and our “power move.” The conversations were raw, insightful, but most importantly, actionable. This is truly part of my vision as a women’s business coach, I can’t tell you how many seminars, workshops or events I’ve been to only to walk away with what do I do next? Real growth doesn’t come from inspiration alone; it comes from taking aligned steps forward, and we can’t do that without the proper frameworks and reflection tools.
The next day, women shared things like, “It was such a great event, I’m so glad I got to be part of it,” and “It was amazing. So good! I came home and had a full discussion with my husband about how to execute my power move.” These workshops remind me why I do this work: to help high-achieving women not just look successful on paper but also feel fulfilled in life.
And yet, the workshop is just the beginning. The real transformation unfolds in the ongoing rhythm of intentional connection and accountability. That’s why I’m so excited to share what’s next.
