Kristin loves the ability to be creative and is extremely passionate about her business and family – including her husband and two beautiful daughters. After growing up on her grandma’s ranch during summer breaks, Kristin appreciates good old-fashioned hard work and the great outdoors. Before starting WildRock Public Relations & Marketing, Kristin was on the ground floor of OtterBox, building it into the powerhouse it is today. Over the years she has been recognized as a Top 25 Most Influential Young Professional in Colorado, Northern Colorado Superwoman, 40 Under Forty and a Women of Distinction finalist, as well as led her rockstar team to year-over-year recognitions from PRSA and her alma mater, Colorado State University.

Brittany spent 15 years in the corporate business world serving various roles in Customer Success, Sales and Leadership. She was involved in a few software startups that were acquired, and now co-owns a SaaS startup with her husband in Denver, Colorado.  She has personally mentored and coached dozens of individuals, teams, and businesses through corporate functions, and in 2022 decided to follow her passion and pursue her ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation and her own coaching business. Brittany has seen first-hand the power of women supporting women, particularly with emerging leaders and women facing personal and professional transitions. She is passionate about shining a light on others’ strengths and partnering with them to create a meaningful professional journey. Brittany also enjoys tennis, hiking and spending time with her husband and two small children.

Trailblazers was inspired by Johnna Bavoso, president of The People Business Inc. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Johnna has been helping organizations and individuals move successfully through change, and coach leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve their best while building high-performing teams since 1983. Kristin and Johnna were introduced when Kristin started WildRock in 2012. With a collective passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and executives, the concept of Trailblazers was born in 2018 and fully came to life in 2023. With encouragement and support from Johnna, Trailblazers will continue to help women reignite their passion and energy for a rewarding professional journey ahead.
