Elizabeth Garcia, WildRock® Trailblazers™ Community Liaison, spent over a decade in the corporate world leading Learning & Development programs, supporting executive teams, and shaping people-first operations across a global organization. During that time, she also led a Women Lead initiative, deepening her commitment to helping women rise, lead, and navigate their careers with confidence. After years of building clarity and culture from the inside, she shifted gears to launch her own consultancy, EKG Collective, where she now serves as a Fractional COO and strategic partner to nonprofits and small businesses.As a mom, wife, and entrepreneur, Elizabeth knows what it means to juggle a big career and a full personal life — and to stay grounded in her core values and faith along the way. She’s the friend who will plan a theme party, organize a group adventure, or escape to the beach or mountains whenever she can. When she’s not mapping frameworks or facilitating groups, she’s camping with her family and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.

Liz Scheinost is an accomplished business strategist with over a decade of experience dedicated to empowering nonprofits to achieve their missions. As the Strategy Lead at a prominent medical nonprofit, Liz spearheads strategic planning and execution, leveraging her expertise to drive impactful outcomes. Liz is a certified Change practitioner and trainer, equipping her with the tools and insights to drive effective organizational transformation.

Liz founded Alongside Partners, LLC after her transformational experience at the WildRock Trailblazers retreat in 2023. Her profound realization of her passion for supporting female entrepreneurs and visionaries led her to establish this venture, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including strategic consulting, change management training and support and facilitation services tailored to nonprofits, community organizations and small businesses.

Janea S. McDonald is the powerhouse behind Edge Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to unlocking the full potential of organizations by nurturing their greatest asset—people! Since 2011, Janea has energized teams at industry giants like Chevron, Mississippi Power, and Domino’s largest franchisee, delivering training that’s not just informative but truly inspiring. With a PhD in Human Capital Development and nearly three decades of HR experience, she’s the go-to expert for companies needing HR audits, strategic planning, employee coaching, and more. She’s a certified pro (PHR, SHRM-CP, FourSight facilitator, and more), a former ATD chapter president, and a passionate educator who’s taught at multiple universities. Now, through her HeartRise Institute, Janea is sharing her wisdom one relationship at a time—helping individuals grow, connect, and thrive. Off the clock, she and her husband Andy are embracing empty-nester life with their beloved red lab, Bert, filling their days with travel, books and family visits.

Becky Lauridsen is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified LENS Neurofeedback Provider, entrepreneur and founder of IOME—a Northern Colorado mental wellness company dedicated to making preventative care simple, accessible and guilt-free. Through IOME’s workplace wellness programs, Becky partners with organizations to reduce burnout, strengthen workplace culture and help employees care for their mental health before reaching a crisis point.Inspired by her own experiences with burnout, anxiety and postpartum depression, Becky has made it her mission to challenge the traditional approach to mental health. She is passionate about helping high-achieving women recognize that success and well-being do not have to compete. Her guiding belief is: “You deserve the best because your loved ones deserve the best of you, not what’s left of you.”Becky brings an approachable, honest and practical perspective to conversations about leadership, mental wellness and creating sustainable success. She believes meaningful growth happens when women have the space to slow down, reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.Outside of her work, Becky lives in rural Northern Colorado with her husband, Tyler, and their two daughters, Bryer and Brystol. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and embracing the outdoor and rodeo lifestyle.

Brittany spent 15 years in the corporate business world serving various roles in Customer Success, Sales and Leadership. She was involved in a few software startups that were acquired, and now co-owns a SaaS startup with her husband in Denver, Colorado. She has personally mentored and coached dozens of individuals, teams, and businesses through corporate functions. In 2022, she decided to follow her passion and pursue her ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation and her own coaching business.

Brittany has seen first-hand the power of women supporting women though retreats and female business coaching, particularly with emerging leaders and women facing personal and professional transitions. She is passionate about shining a light on others’ strengths and partnering with them to create a meaningful professional journey. Brittany also enjoys tennis, hiking and spending time with her husband and two small children.
